Got my new PH and EC meter and woops!!

Hey guys! First time I post in any forum about my ladies and I’d like to get an insite as to what’s going on..

just so you know, I am very obsessive with my hobbies and I try to leave them alone as much as I can but it’s stronger than me I would read them freaking bed time stories if I had to!

Setup:
4x4 tent
4x northern lights autoflowers
350w bloom plus LED @ 22” away from the ladies
Royal Gold coco coir with perlite
Feeding them with Green Planet Medi 1 Step
5G air pots
Temps running from 74-78
Humidity around 30-40% ( low humidity issues )
Humidifier
1 tower fan and 1 Honeywell on top blowing down

So I planted these April 18th and everything went super well until a few days ago some of the girls started showing some troubles ( maybe? )

So I finally got my blue labs EC/PH meter today and after mixing / run off I was kind of hovering around PH 6 ( going by the liquid colour ) on a root farm PH test liquid.

As soon as I got my meter in, I fed all 4 girls at 550 PPM ( 1.1 EC ) and behold.. run off was around 2000 PPM! I went to go check out more in-depth on the coco I was using and they did say that it is pre washed and buffered as well.

Sadly I WAS giving 1 extra mL per litre but would it really make the PPM sky rocket like that?

2 out of the 4 girls are springing new leaves but the new leaves do look a little wrinkled and I noticed that 1 of them had a little rust spot on her.

I try to water them every 2 days when I see that the top of the coco is starting to get dry.

Is anyone seeing anything wrong with these?

Well, with the help of the blue labs EC meter I flushed all 4 girls today with 5.8 PHed RO water until the EC fell to 1.1..

I will let you guys know how it went and if it did infact help the situation.

peace

Hey guys!

So flushed all 4 girls with PHed RO water until my EC showed 1.1 for everyone of them and hooooly what a difference!!

I did read up that organic nutes do give off bad readings but obviously this was not one of those times.

2 of the girls perked right back up and the 2 others are still waking up. I did notice that all 4 were stunted and did not want to grow..

I’m trying my hardest not to let the coco dry up too much but work is keeping me from watering more often and the low RH is not helping at all!

I’ll keep you guys
