Gorw Light for Seedlings and Cuttings (Help me, please)

I have a 4-foot single-bulb florescent fixture, and a T5 high output florescent bulb (54 watts).

Is this the right bulb for growing seedlings and cuttings (pre-vegetative phase)?

Is just one of these lights sufficient for 25 small plants (again, pre-vegetative phase)?

yes, I use something similar...works just fine.

I use 2 two ft T5's; it works well...........you shouldn't have any problems; (assuming we aren't talking about a vast amount of clones)

Im running 400 watt MH for Veg , even auto are popin nice .. check Journal !!!!
