Good set up? (pictures)

It's looking stretched. What size light is in that lamp? If you can, you might want to get a 65w CFL 6500K and keep it 3 - 4 inches from the top. Your going to need a lot more light then even that very soon though.

You going to want at least 200 watts of CFL's to get any kind of result and even that will be mediocre. My best advise is to get 2 lamp fixtures with a Y socket adapter in each lamp. This will allow you to run 4 CFL's. You could run 65 watts x 4 and get worthwhile results if you keep the lights close and your only talking about 1 plant. You won't be able to grow it tall though. Flower it when it's 8- 10" tall and don't expect any kind of large yields. You could probably get a half zip though. The more lights you have the larger you can grow the plant. Mid day sun on a clear day is 10,000 - 12,000 lumens per square foot. If you try to match that with your CFL output and keep the lights close you should be ok.

Flowering is going to require 2700K bulbs and veg requires 6500k for best results.
