This is the trick I always use when planting food crops, but it will also work just as well on Cannabis. I have manged to Sprout and Grow 20 year old tomato seeds using this method and hit 9 out of 10 seeds for a 90% germination rate. I will always Swear by 1ml of Humic Acid per ounce of soak water.
