Good place in Canada to order seeds or clones?

Im not too sure on clones, but seeds theres lots of options.

GTA seeds out of Ontario are real good to deal with. True north is also decent, altho i dont believe they are selling authentic top tier strains from proper cuts.

JBC is in the states but ships to Canada and as far as im concerned the best of the best, he has a very good seletion of breeders and is reasonably priced.

BC has a few seed banks too. i havent used them so i cant speak of their quality or customer service.

Jordan of the islands is probably best bet in Canada

Just A Handful Seeds is a place to check out. Don't expect a lot of communication but the seeds I bought seemed fine.
