Good Neighbor

Neighbor when we first moved in here ran a Background check. Then he tried finding out more.

Just found out he did the same with another Neighbor. Then went planted stuff in his house and had him arrested and thrown in prison. They confiscated the property and the owner had heck of time getting it back.

Every since I got my Grow permit he has been trying to find out where my Grow is.

May I suggest that you keep detailed notes on this 'neighbor'? The reason is to lead up to obtaining a restraining order or other remedies as they present themselves. Once he feels a little 'boys in blue' personal heat he may not be so interested in being the neighborhood 'enforcer'. Perhaps some clippings from you on trash day hanging out of his trash with no permit. With of course an anonmyous call from a phone that won't be traced to you. I would bet if you put HIM under the microscope something will pop up.

Your story about 'planted stuff' may need fleshing out. Perhaps you can get more details and share them with local law enforcement inplicating HIM.

You tell me this he was a Detective on police force in Chicago. Why is he living in the Missouri Ozarks?

He had another Government Job that paid 3X what he is doing now. Worked at it two days and quit because it was too hard.

Tbh I don’t know if he’s a good neighbor or not. Feels like whiplash. I don’t not work for my neighbors anymore, but still there? Like are you friends or not. I’m so confused.

And what did he plant?? To get the other guy thrown in prison. Like a murder weapon or something. ?

Not really friends he has found he can trust me as far as my Job.

Thing is I can no longer drive. I can no longer run equipment.


I asked about everything and was told let the young ones take care of it.

I'm to work July 2 in our Command Center.

He had a Building on my property so I put a lock on it. He came unglued that is when I told him what I thought.

Came up I sold that piece of property to him. He jumped all over it because he thought he owned a piece of my Garage. After the Survey it showed the line was at his Back Door and the other neighbor owned half his Garage. Then he tried saying the Survey wasn't right.

I had a Wood Splinter on my Pickup in a Box. I unloaded it on the other side of our house and he knew what it was.

He has many Cameras pointed to my property and I have returned the favor by pointing some his way.

I do rescue for mostly darling yappers and everyone until they learn get's a bark collar. I also go out with mine whenever I let them out so I can immediately stop the bad behavior. I've been able to extinguish a lot of the behavior that got them abandoned and place them in safe homes, except for my incontinent seniors and biters :roll: but what sounds cruel, if it stops the incessant barking, might keep the dog in a good home. Although why it's family isn't... but I digress

Curious, bird dog trainer tip: let the dog bark twice. Then yell "stop the noise". When they don't you go outside with a broom. Beat the ground all around the dog without saying anything. After once or twice they get the message. They don't like that broom thing at all. Afterwards the command is usually enough. Or just hitting the broom outside on the ground.

That's the thing, they will go outside with it, but they do nothing about the yapping. The dog thinks it's more than ok at this point. I can only imagine they let it outside to yap because they're tired of it yapping inside. No idea, but it boggles my mind. I have a rescued miniature dachshund and she can get a bit yappy too, but the difference is, I make her stop. If she's outside, she gets about 10 yaps before she's going back in, because I don't want to listen to it. She'll get going when someone's at the door, and I'm ok with that because the big one gets loud (resuced black lab x newfoundland), and he'll scare the shit out of anyone. Good guard dog he is.

Ahh, I love dachsunds. I had a mini many years ago; Cujo.
