so iv built this box.3 feet tall,2 feet deep,21 inches wide.iv got 12 26 watt cfls in it now.plants are doing great but im not expecting a big yield from the cfl,s.anyone got any ideas on better lighting for this box?this grow has to be super stealth.i dont have many exhaust options except pc fans.what im really looking for is something low heat quiet and of course cheap to run.trying to find one light to use for the entire grow if i can.no really good place for a ballast or such outside the box.any help would be greatly appreciated.thanks in advance for any input.KEEP EM GREEN!!!!

Multiple chambers in one cab with full cross ventilation & no light leaks (if veg & flower in same cab). There are so many ideas on this and many other sites, Google grow cab and you'll be amazed of the ideas you'll find. With multiple chambers (veg/clone/mother & flower, electrical circuits/fans and such) all are separated by walls with the correct type of air flow link between them all to keep air moving but block all light to other chambers. It all exits to scrubber at tghe back of the cab to clean the smell up.

I start my cab construction this weekend.

first, drop all the 26 watt bulbs, and get like 4x105W instead.

just the 2 minutes i looked into it on this site and i found plenty of lights that are far better than the walmart 23 watters. from the looks of it, the 105W put out roughly 3-4x the lumens as your bulbs, and if you made the switch you could potentially bring temps down as well.

if you have the money, go 150W. only problem with that is, at around 50 bucks a bulb, its almost better to just get more of the 105W's (they are roughly half the price). hope this helps.

I am pretty sure if you check into it those 26 watters are more efficient than the big ones.
