sorry for adding another thread to the million already here but i just have a few questions. i just rigged up a stealth box and i want to know if its going to burst into flames or not. what i did was i took a 12"tall 13"wide cardboard box and cut a small circular hole in the side near the top. i put the socket in from the outside and then from the inside i screwed in the cfl bulb. now the bulb is about 1 inch from the top of the box and the top of the box is a little warm to the touch. this thing wont get too hot and burst into flames will it? sorry if i sound like an idiot i just want to make sure. the plants probably going to grow out of this soon but im just using it for the time being. also if i installed a computer fan on the side of the box would that decrease the temp in there becasue the air is flowing? thanks and sorry if i sound stupid

No, a cfl won't produce enough heat to cause a fire lol, you're safe.
