Gonna flower, new bulbs?

My plants are two months into vegetative and I'm gonna flower them now. My T-5s allow me to change the bulbs for some flowering bulbs and I will do that as soon as the cash rolls.

But on the mean time can I put them into 12-12 and change the bulbs whenever I get them? or should I wait to get the bulbs first?

i'd get the bulbs first.
