Going full term with custom aeroponic system.

Hi all, new to forum. I am going to build a custom aero set up. Plan is to stick two gt424 bottom trays together to form a large chamber. There will be two of them in a dr1200 and 6 plants in each. The nutes will return to a large tank underneath which will be cooled by a chiller. My question is will I be able to go full term with out root rot. I have a very experienced friend who thinks that I will get rot when the root mass reaches a certain size. He thinks that there will be so much root that it is impossible to get enough fresh nutrient solution and hence dissolved oxygen to the center of the root mass. Any help would be much appreciated. Without getting highly oxygenated nutrient solution through out the complete root mass you will have root rot.
