GO BioWorm instead of Worm Castings in SuperSoil?

My question is straightforward.. I have low availability of worm castings, at least it is very expensive around here.
Is it possible to mix BioWorm from General Organics, and mix it with water? Can it compensate for lack of
worm castings?

Nothin else is added, it says on GO website:

"100% natural worm castings extract."

I know sometimes they just wash the worm bins and sell the run off as 'tea". Percolated is another term they use. Not trying to put them down, just wondering if anyone else tried it? Worm castings are hard to buy around here and I would love an alternative other than making my own.
