Gnats

This is the third time my crop has been ruined by gnats! I’ve done everything. I just cloned my strains put them in the clone machine, waited a day and sprayed them with neim oil. I have new gbats a week later! It the vinegar bowl and on the yellow strips. I started the last grow out with all new seeds and still had gnats! Help! I threw out all the pots, dirt everything from my mother’s.

try sterilizing your medium. I microwave small batches for 2mins to raise the temp to 150-180 Fahrenheit, don't go above 180. Any soil that comes into my home i sterilize. You can add myco back afterwards

Yellow stickies for the adult flyers and 3 drenches with Gnatrol for the larvae.

I get them frequently with coco, due to the saturation of the media, but they're easy to control. The yellow traps do cut way down on the little jerks running around on your computer screen, and I've found neem works great too, just sprayed on the surface of the media-BUT-you have to spray it daily for a week or so. One treatment won't do much. They're only ever an annoyance for me though, never ruined a crop.
