gnat or something else?

Messing around with jeweler's eyeglass on my phone cam, and I found this 'bug' walking around on a pistil. I've had gnats from the beginning (came in with soil i think), but have kept them under control with stickers and a carnivorous pitcher plant in the tent (cool plant). This one is too small to see any wings, but did 'fly' off when I touched the flower with eyeglass accidently.

Questions - Do you think it's just a tiny gnat, or something else? Should I do something to remove whatever it is? and what might that "something" be?

What are the stickies saying? There’s so many tiny flying insects and if you bumped it with loupe imo even a small piece of debri could “fling” off giving the appearance of flight . No idea

Just whatever this is. Some white some yellow, mainly just this leave and one or two others on same plant.

I watched it move around the pistil waiting/trying to get better shot, definitely a bug, but it's TINY!!
 
The sticky trap looks like gnats, but possibly some thrip activity as well. You should inspect the underside of a few leaves with a loupe. It sucks that the plants are already flowering. I don't know a whole lot about pest control, especially post-vegetation.

these little babies are in all my pots, I used to have fungus gnats flying around my face now I rarely if ever see them.


Or if you have fairly damp/overwatered soil try the nematodes,
