Giving indoor plants exposure to intence sunlight when young.

I have 3 clones that used to be outdoors but when i got them after they took root for like 2 weeks i moved them indoors.(because the leaves were heat damaged). My question is once they start doing nice, would it be beneficial to give them exposure to intence sunlight, or would it just slow my process down because of the light inconsistency???

i say go for it
i had an AK47 in the sun for its firts 10 days...
it stretched a bit more than the indoor plants but its fine..
its bigger than my other plants, there all a week younger so i move it into sunlight sometime to help the others get the most out of the bulb.

turns out its shot up and even when the younger plants reach the age of the AK47 they never are quite as big and bushy.

pluss in the wild you have good and bad days so its probably fine..
