I've got a fairly short grow cab, about 3' from top of the growing medium to a plexiglass sheet that is suspended directly below the lights. The plexiglass helps keep the temps by the plants down. I've got some outdoor mainly sativa seeds (hollands hope) in there right now. I started with clones about 6" tall, and now they have hit the plexiglass and are starting to bend and warp since they can't get taller.
Is it ok to just let them grow up against the plexiglass? I think it's just the genetics of this strain that makes it so tall, should I just forget about this strain?
Right after the first one hit the glass I noticed it turned hermi, but only on two nodes about 1/2 way up the plant. I clipped the male parts and I haven't noticed any more come back.
