Giant fan leaf indoor tent

It doesn’t mean bigger buds… the fans are expanding because they are trying to collect more light. They want more…
Yeah which means more photosynthesis, more sugars to build more stems, leaves.
I know Potassium is important for bud swelling and Phosphorus for roots and flowering. I believe ripening too. She'll have plenty of Nitrogen for flowering. I'll have to give her a nice dose of PK when I flip Monday or next Monday. Going to make my banana peel tea from organic banana peels. I've done a test on it before high levels of Ph and K.

Now there's a large storage tank for her. She has 4 of those giant leaves. Not sure if the ones after topping will enlarge that big or not. Could be genetics too. Probably she'd got real tall and bushy if she was outside.

A good % of the growers in the problem section are there because they gave a nice dose of PK when they flipped.

Hey, if you have done it before and it worked then carry on. If you ever see yellowing in the newer growth while the lower leaves remain green it could be due to too much P too soon. Sounds like your tea is safe. New growers who use top dressings of P at flip might run into more problems. Most experienced growers treat the flip like veg for the 1st 2 weeks give or take then gradually adjust P.
Happy Growing!
