GH Jack Herer???

has anyone grown or sampled any Greenhouse seeds Jack Herer?farmer

No, and I'm not sure I would want to. The Green House version mentions no Northern Lights #5 in the genetics and list the flowering times as medium. The original Jack (breed by Sensi Seeds) is Haze x NL5 X shiva skunk and takes forever to finish, but it's oh so worth it!!!

Its just another random cross from GH. Just trying to capitalize off the name, just like the poster above me said, same name different genetics. Get the original or get Sannies Jack, thats probly the best deal around for real JH genetics. GH also used a different skunk, like red skunk or some shit like that. Fuck GH.

I'd leave well alone too Greenhouse strains suck big time!! I think Sensi Seeds has the original & best version of Jack Herer though...

well i guess thats good i only got 1 from pick and mix off attitude, i'd definitely like to try the sensi seeds jack. It will be nice to be able to make a comparison though. thanks for the input. farmer

Im not a fan of arjan either but got the seeds given to me. Never grown ghs before, everyone bags them but i bet 90% of the people that do have never grown out there seeds.

they aarnt crap and who cares where the genetics come from there spot on iv grow loads of there and there spot on i know

most people who grow greenhouse strains dont KEEP growing greenhouse, there's so much better out there, and all you need to remind you is a hermie or a bad batch of seeds.

Almost did, till i saw a piss poor picture of theirs on a seed sellers website. Was a little suprised, considering they usually make the pics look bomb. Went with Rokerij Jack Herer. If had have the loot i would have gone sensi's jack herer.

Most of the time people get hermies is because of user error, they just dont realize it, or just flat out dont want to. So much easier to blame the genetics

i don't know about the shiva skunk, it sounds to me like dr atomics' NL haze is probably even better then. i know the author of cannabible really likes it.

greenhouse is not very respected as far as gear goes. for jack, sannies gets much love as again here and i think sensi seeds' version is legit too and TGA subcool has some really nice jack crosses too.

as to rokerij, i'll be testing THEIR "amnesia haze" listed as SSH x cambodian as i saw a favorable smoke report for it and the beans are really cheap, but someone else here said their gear isn't that great. we'll see. i'd expect their amnesia to at least be pretty good if the genetics are accurate and the breeder isn't a total idiot. it'd have to be better than all of the afghani doms out there at the very least if not up to par of the better "hazes".

from everything i've read, sannies' jack is the most authentic & carefully bred & is reasonably priced too.

i'll hopefully be able to report on TGA suncool's jacks cleaner 2 by next summer. i'm hoping that one lives up to it's description and TGA's rep. if so, it will become my new favorite bumping high quality seeds' haze x skunk down a peg for at least a better flavor if the two's trippiness & potencies are comparable.

Sensi seeds jack herer is by far the best jack on the planet..a little more expensive but well worth it..Give it a try, might be the best herb on the planet

i doubt it's the best on the planet. it has indica in it! LOL the best would be something like pure thai, malawi gold, vietnamese, cambodian, panama red or columbian gold. there's no way ANY hybrid could ever beat columbian gold. i've tried haze skunk which i'm sure has even more sativa in it than jack and it's awesome, but still not as trippy as gold.

as for practical indoor strains, yeah, maybe sensi seeds' jack is up there. i still want to try jack's cleaner 2 and see how that compares to haze skunk.

i bet everything at that level has a slightly different personality and it's ALL better than greed weed.
