GH Flora Series PH Buffer

GH Flora series has raised the PH of my res to the high 6's and despite several attempts to lower the PH I can't go any lower then 6.5.

I am assuming the reason my PH will not go down despite using the GH PH Down is the PH buffers present in the Flora series nutes.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Is it a problem I should be worried about?

I am concerned that at 6.5 the PH of the solution will go to high while in contact with the rockwool and hydroton --

That seems weird that the ph won't lower. What are you using to lower it and, not to offend, but are you using a ph test kit or something that won't read lower than 6.5?

Haha, no offense. I'm using a GH Test Kit that reads much lower then 6.5. I am also using GH PH Lower. I am sure the problem is the buffers. (makes sense) Also, I am sure I can still lower it but not without using way more PH Lower then should be necessary.
