GH Flora series for soil?

Anyone have any experience using General Hydroponics Flora series for soil, start to finish using their schedule? I've always used Fox Farm, but I'm going to have to replenish for my new grow, so I was looking at alternatives. This seems very easy, and would last a long time, but wondering about results.

I'm currently using floranova bloom in soil

I used Fox farms ocean Forrest +perilite for medium

The FFOF soil was loaded with nutes and kept my plants going for 40+ days of veg before needing any nutes.

I am using the Lucas formula tho. Which don't use the grow bottle. Just bloom

So you're happy with it so far? I'll be using Nector of the Gods #4 soil.

Yes I am very happy with it. This is my first ever grow and I was going for simple.


Plants seem to love it.

Like I said tho, it's my first grow, so you may still be better off waiting for advice from someone more experienced.

I use the gh flora series, but I'm growing in a pro mix soil. Which is peat based. So far I haven't had any issues with it. Would recommend letting your plants tell you how much to feed, I went with the gh drain to waste feed chart and plants needed way more nutes. I'm about 7 weeks into flowering and using a ppm of 1800 to feed.

Hi HellValley,
I’m going through some details on using GH flora series.
I am currently 2 weeks and half through a grow at the minute. I’m using canna terra professional soil which is a medium soil may I ask at what strength was you feeding your plants at. And when you started to feed.

i am currently growing auto’s Though as well so my strength has to be weaker then what’s on the chart.
