GH Flora Micro Hardwater Question

I'm pretty sure I know what you will say, but I just wanted to make sure. I just started using GH Flora Micro (Hard Water), and there are stringy things floating in it. I'd say it looks like something growing. I shook up the bottle very well, thinking maybe it was just something clumping, but it only made them float to the surface.. Thinking I got a bad batch, has anyone else seen this?
