Getting Pot seeds in the us?

I was wondering if its legal to order seed of line or can you get busted im looking to buy over 40 seed

Legal? No. All foreign(None native) seeds are banned in the USA. That being said most reports say that when the seeds are found in the mail they are usually just confiscated and no action is taken. (Personally, I wouldn't risk all 40 at once but thats deal)

When getting that many seeds I say it is a risk. I do not order over 20 because they could take action if it could be more than that.
