Getting Busted InAustralia

Hey Guys,

Is anybody familiar with the laws in australia in regards to getting busted growing indoors ?? I have heard of people losing their homes,kids, etc. This would be really bad. what kind of quantity would one have to be caught with for this kind of thing to happen ?

Yes indoor 4 plants or less(personal)- local court. 5 or more(commercial quantity) -district court (jury).
Outdoor 49 plants or less -local. 50+ district.
