Get Ideas Brewing On This Indoor Setup

Hey whats going on guys. Just finished my first grow recently and I'm upgrading my setup and doing something more legit than a little make shift grow box with one plant.

I'm considering buying the few items listed below on Amazon. I am going to get a 400W MH/HPS bulb for veg and flower and I will be getting a hood that can be vented. I want to run four plants at a time. I plan to get started on constructing the grow site over the winter and be able to start a run in April when outdoor temps warm up a bit. I will be building this grow inside of a barn. Here are the items i'm considering.

I'm going to be running x4 flowering sativas. Blue Dream & Strawberry Cough. I was going to run them in 5-gallon smart pots and use two 6" duct fans rated at 240CFM for intake and exhaust. Any advice regarding my purchase would be appreciated, now onto the grow space...

That's the space that i'm going to clean out and work in. As you can notice I have my plant hanging in that box setup. I really need ideas on how im going to construct this. I want to be pretty simple if possible and pretty cost efficient. I have a lot of sheet-rock at my disposal if that helps get ideas cooking. Thanks for all the help. Probably going to have a 5ftx5ftx6ft build.

Hey TrippyHippie, looks like a good potential spot. Being in a barn, if you enclose the area with some 2x4's and drywall and insulation, you should be able to run it potentially year round. A 2x4 sub-floor would be a good idea, or skids, just to keep them off the cold cement floor.

Have a look at the build I posted a while back for some ideas on construction and materials for the basic frame/build. I went a little elaborate in some areas but the basics aren't that much different, took a bare/cement cold room in my basement and built a room inside it. Insulating it is important not only for winter but for summer as it'll get warm in there.
Only comment I have on the equipment list you posted, particularly since you're going hps. I'd skip the cheap duct booster fans and get proper inline fans, readily available online for as low as $50-$60 and much more effective. Cheers and good luck with the build.
