Germing and planting?

Hello all I currently germinated my seeds using the papertowel method and planted them into foxfarms ocean forest soil. I misted the soil good with Ph'ed water(6.5). My question is should i leave the lights off until i see flowers or put the lights on them right away?? It has been 24 hours since my seeds have been planted in the soil and i dont see a sprout or anything and my room is at room temp...any and all advice would be helpful.
