Germination

Ok Im almost ready to germinate, I want to stay legal so anyways.... I have 15 White Widow seeds, the question is how many seeds should I germinate at once, is there some sort of ratio of how many plants will be males, do I need to do all the seeds at the same time? Local law allows you to have 6 plants with 8 clones so I want to stay within those parameters....Can I have babies under the same lights as the clones until its ready to move them into the main 600 Watt area?

OK cool, i just dont want to waste money on messing my seeds up. To tell you the truth I want a damn collection of all kind of different seeds, I think Im going to hit up some of the local boys on the resource list and try to by 2-3 at a time!
Seeds are like gold!!!!
