Germination Problems

I am looking for some help with germination. I have grown several times now in dirt and have always did the paper towel method or the soak in water method to get the seeds started.
About a month ago i bought a few packs of seeds from Attitude and I am having problems with germination. So far all 10 of the feminized seeds are garbage. Only 2 even began to pop. The rest never did anything. I planted the 2 that popped into 1 inch square rockwool cubes. Out of those 2 seeds only one did anything and it came up and got its first set of tiny leaves then promptly died. Can anyone offer some help. I am not wanting to have another wasted batch of seeds and money. I am using rockwool cubes now due to the fact that i am going to be using a stealth hydro kit instead of dirt. Any help is greatly apreciated.

I've never been able to successfully germinate in paper towels lol. But I have germinated like 6 seeds using the water beads that expand in water and each seed sprouted within a day or 2.

Too warm or too cold?
not exactly sure of the temp needed mate but if i keep mine about 60 -65 on the rad thay take off, any lower i fail big time, any higher i fail big time, but that is on top of a bath towel on a radiator so probably aboout right,,
ps forgot to say my misses turns the rads off in the night and then its nearly freezing, witch..

My temp is between 87 and 89 always. Weed can handle temperatures up to like 120 degrees. I'm not sure how cold they can take it, I live in Arizona so cold isn't an issue here lol

LOL!

I was having some germination issues as well, just the temps that were the issue. However I ended up having to transfer / handle my two seeds and damaging one of them i think. Not cool.
