Germinating Seeds, overheated?

I was germinating my seeds, and accentaly put my heating plant on high instead of low, not to sure how hot they got, but defentaly 90F+, will this be a problem, its been 2 days, and some are cracking open, but iam not seeing any sporuting yet, and some of the spourts within are getting a burn colour instead of white, do i need to get some more seeds. In past years ive kept them on low, around 85F and it took nearly a week for all to germainate, but can seeds be killed with too high temps?

really hating myself for this mistake right now lol had 25 seeds in there
