germinating problem

Hi guys, I germinated a few diffrent seeds in glasses of water 3hours ago,when I went to check on them I noticed 1 cup with the BRUCE BANNER seed had fallen over at some point during the evening' time frame is 5 hours possible out of the water?
It had cracked and didn't seem damaged in anyway I could see so I put the seed in to the paper towel.
do you think it will be ok???

If it cracked open, just put it in dirt or whatever medium you are using.

In future, just skip the whole water / paper towel crap and plant directly into the medium you are using or a jiffy pellet etc etc.

Keep it moist, not wet and as high humidity as you can get. I normally have seeds sprout and pop up within 3-5 days everytime.

Well the first of my autos have popped up but it'd looking a little yellow and not healthy looking at all???
I'm using pete pellets/led lighting at 30 inch away/ temp is 25/27c and u cave only given the a little water???

If I'm wurring for nothing and this is common look for a auto seedling then cool but I'm sure It isn't? ?? Is there anything I can do to help it?? I have a bag of light mix soil now so could I transplant or is the root too fragile???

I would put it in dirt and it should be fine. I would skip the paper towel.

Get some good quality cool light on it, like a T5. Just needs light to green up.

just leave it alone for 3 days, dont do anythimg

There autos so light isn't a issue' but I was starting to get my pants twisted because I read too many growers blogs and find it hard not to take almost every bit of advice that "relates" to my growing problem?
A few hours passed and on watering other plants u have already noticed greening going down l, so I think I will leave them to root ' then plant them in 1 gal fabric pots????

Autos need light too. It's a pretty big issue.

As said light is a big deal, auto or not, you may want to pick a bigger pot to put them in, auto's typically don't get up potted especially in fabric pots. I have never soaked my seeds in water ever and have no issues with germination.
