Genetics and confusion

During last years grow I had a blueberry female that hemorphidited on me.
So I ended up with quiet a few seeds. I started them about four weeks ago under
flouros to get ready for april to go outside. They are at three weeks into veg and
i've noticed some differences in them as they get older.

What I mean by this is that some of them are shorter and stockier, some have
broader leaves than others, some are colored a bit different not much but a little
difference some are darker than others. Its just that they came from the same bud
and it looks as if theyre all, well most a bit different than each other. Is this normal??

I also got some afghan hemorphidite seeds from a friend and some of them are very
lime green and huge to be so small, and the darker ones of this type are much smaller.
Sorry I dont have pics and wont post pics as of right now. But just by the basic differences
is this normal??

I meant to say on the afghan part that they are huge to be so *young* compared to the
other afghan plants at the smae age.

And just to put this out there, its got nothing to do with any deficiancies of any
kind, I am sure of this. This question is only strain related. And my flouro tubes are
an inch above the tops, good ventilation, good ph, good humidty.

I had the same question once and its like SenorBW said, different phenotypes...seeds are more like "brothers and sisters" (same blood, look different)..... this would be versus a clone, which is an exact copy of itself, maybe more like twins (kinda lol) ....

Make sense?

Thats kinda what I was thinking was different pheno's but wasnt sure.
It sure is nuts how they can be so different. I actually had one blueberry
that I crossed with a bubble gum ( which was crossed with hashplant) a
cpuple years ago and I ended up getting a few seeds from it this year. So
pretty much a hashplant/bubble gum cross with blueberry, I cannot wait
to see how it turns out!

I'm not really worried all that much about it turning hermi on me, although
I know it is quiet possible, i've got a close friend that intentionally herms a few of
his fems with lights just to get seeds which will have more of a chance being females
instead of males. He never really complained about hermi seeds turning into hermi
plants, but usually ended up with a few nice females. I'm hoping it will be the same
in my case lol.

Have you ever had hermi seeds turn hermi on you? I've never tried it before, I didnt
turn her hermi intentionally although if it blessed me with great seeds than im going to
be very thankful. I had a few fems that didnt turn hermi but actually produced maybe 3 to 6
seeds per 4 ounces and i'm guessing these seeds will be very good ones, anyone know anything
about the small dark seeds that a beautiful female will produce? Do they usually end up
being fems also? Like I said, not seedy bud but like one seed per 2 ounce type bud?

Yes you are exhibiting different females, because even when you inbreed the plant to itself. The genetics are showing you they aren't stable.

What I've found with the breeding of Wonderbud. Is that it really takes at least a dozen generations to stabalize something when you start from scratch.

Blueberry, by DJ Shorts on confession is only 6th generation. So, storys like Vic Highs, where he took 10 blueberry seeds from Short. And came out with a better product on the first try from crossing them. Tends to ring true ...
