Traditional plant breeding has already created varieties that are cbd rich and high in thc. What we really need to do is raise the total amount of thc allowed in a a cbd hemp crop. Why would anyone line the pockets of biotech firms, while we are all getting fucked by legalization?

your probably right sadly and although sterile plants occur in nature there rare so can you imagine if that frequency increased dramatically in the overall cannabis genepool its a very scary thought however though i suppose it does help to justify my ever growing seedstash tho lol
