ge reveal cfl

so i saw those new ge reveal cfl's at walmart but they dont provide specs. they have an extra 100 or so lumens then their standard daylight cfl's is all i could find on the bulb. are the ge reveals daylight bulbs or are they just blue light bulbs? their only an extra 50 cents over the standard daylight cfl's of the same wattage but with the extra lumens if their daylight bulbs i would rather use them to veg and just pay the extra 50 cents.
