Garden Armor from garden ablaze

has anyone used these? I use two 4x8 trays and a 4x4 tray and just have them set on the ground to keep soil and water from getting everywhere and my soil builds up in these. my hydro store guy says these work pretty well and im wondering if anyone has used them

How are they different from trash bags?

I keep a 5 gallon bucket under my trays drain to catch any soil/runoff, and then I just dump it... Probably a lot easier than fiddling with these bags in my opinion.

they had a display set up in the store and it looked like it would keep the soil out of those crevices, that's where im having all my build up at...just trying to avoid pests and having to pull everything apart to get those trays out of the room, oh yea I should clarify my trays are on the ground and are not drilled

Personally, I would set up some sort of table to put the trays on, even if it's just 1-2' up, and start draining into buckets, much easier to keep everything clean in the tray when you can spray it down with water every once in a while.

? I'm not connected to a company lol me and my buddy who owns a store have been dickin around with alternative lighting....

funny how the alternative lighting threads link leads to these glorified over priced garbage bags

you could also go to home depot and get a 6 mil black or clear sheeting.. get 10 times as much coverage for the same price

or a $2 plastic painters tarp.

no this thing actually is fitted, which is nice and I'd rather not have to go and cut out plastic for every tray I have and try to secure it somehow... why is everyone so mean? I thought it was a good idea

nobody is being mean.. chill out brah.. we are simply pointing out that there is a cheaper more effective way of doing what you are after.. if you want to spend 5, 10, 20 times as much money, go ahead, nobody is going to stop you.. but if you are serious about buying these hell ill make you as many as you want out of thicker plastic for the same price.. shipping included haha

well I definately see your point, but can't that be said for almost everything you can buy at a hydro store? I've had them on my trays for two weeks now, no leaks im pretty pleased with them.

yes.. we get shafted by hydro stores.. most of that shit can be had cheaper at other places or self built.. thats why i build my systems.. all i go for is lights n nutes

so I just harvested, 24 heavy big bud laides, they are pretty big have to see what it looks like after drying. Really crystaly though. The liner made clean up easy, threw away the old one and everything was still nice and fresh. Just gotta say these things are pretty bad ass, didn't have to clean anything.

I guess it worked well but you threw it out? It wasn't even strong enough to reuse for that price? Seems like kind of a waste of money and materials for a pretty minor convenience.

That's a good idea, the plastic seems thick enough. I'm going to try rinsing it out and see if you can get two or three cycles out of them, your right that would make it a little more affordable
