Gaol Time

I'm interested to know how long you growers are looking in prison were you to be caught?

And, best of all, do you think that you can do the time? If so, what makes you believe this?

PA LAW: Cultivation, delivery or sale of 1,000 pounds or less is punishable by up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $15,000

And it wouldn't be my first free vacation courtesy of the state but 5 yrs would fuck my life up...

well skunk after reading that my high just completely went away lol... if i could be "tied" to my outdoor plots lets just say i wouldn't see QUITE A FEW HOLIDAYS lol

I met a guy who grows in greenhouses in Montana. I asked him the same question and he said: "At least THIRTY YEARS!" I told him that I was wondering what that big clanging sound was everytime he walked. *lol*

No time here either Oregon Medical Marijuana Patient. I make sure to keep everything within the legal guidelines. After harvest the extra is donated to AMOP. A few extra dollars isn't worth it. Keeping it legal here.

With me it depends on which grow I get caught on. for my own smaller grow I'm probably looking about 18-30 months. The bigger one 5 years.

In the past I've done plenty of jail time, and I know I could do it again. The difference this time would be that i have a family, and that makes it hard time.

It makes me angry when I think about this subject... how can they tell you you are doing wrong when you are not hurting anybody. You're not stealing from anybody or hurting them neither mentally nor physically. How can they call this crime and lock people up for years? It makes me sick.
