Gaia Green Miner. Phosphate application?

I'm doing my first outdoor grow this year which is going pretty well. The flowering stage for my plants are about a week or two away so I'm preparing to start providing the girls with the P they need for bud growth and hardening. My question is that I'm using Gaia Green Mineralized phosphate for the first time and wasn't sure what the best way to apply it is. Can it be added to a tea or used as a foiler spray or if its just best to add it to the soil. Also, does anyone have a general amount and how often?

Thanks ahead of time.

ok, they recommend gently digging into the soil surface to top dress, but I didn't want to disturb the roots if I didn't have to. I'll give it a try and see how it goes.
If there are feeder roots on top that you don't want to disturb, just mix the recommended amount with some compost or worm castings before top-dressing. If you don't have compost or worm castings, just mix the phosphate with soil, then top-dress.

If you are outside and the surface of your soil is in direct sunlight, I highly recommend adding a layer of bark much to keep the soil cool.

good luck
