Unfortunately we have had to stop accepting MasterCard and Maestro payments for the time being. We are still accepting Visa credit and debit cards though. MasterCard do not want their cards to be used to purchase seeds (among other products) and they have recently been targeting people in our industry to stop this from happening.
It was a difficult decision to make, however it was made easier by the fact that MasterCard are actively enforcing fines of up to $250,000 to those companies that do accept their cards. Many people have already been issued with these fines (some on multiple occasions) and therefore a great deal of seed retailers are ceasing to use MasterCard. It is likely that all seed retailers will stop using MasterCard in the near future.
If you do not have a Visa card, we would recommend getting a pre-paid Visa gift card. If ordering from outside the UK, please check that it can be used for international purchases before buying one. Alternatively, you can pay via one of our alternative payment methods.
