Fusarium Wilt Help??? Plus Rep

Has anyone had any problems with fusarium wilt? Heres the story, I recently transplanted a set of both clones and fresh seed stock. And the next day one seed starts wilting looking like it was over watered. The following day its covered it brownish gray nercotic spots and the tips of the leaves are curled upward and died. That same day one of my clones started the same "wilting" appearance. Oh i'm planting in sub's super soil (roots organic base) cooked for about a month An Pro-mix Hp for the top of the containers?
