fungus keeps killing clones in fog system

After running a batch of clones through with tremendous success I now am unable to successfully pull any clones through my propagation box because of this fungus. it just destroys all of the clones. It can attack foliage as well as root systems. It spreads very quickly like overnight. Fortunetly, i fixed the foliar fungus problem with a 15 minutes timed pc fan on the humidity dome. The only problem still is the fungus growth on the inside of the clone bed on the stem tips.

Does anyone with experience using foggers have any experience with this killer fungus and how to combat it? I'm out of ideas.

Please help! I simply cannot endure losing another 20 cuttings.

I would clean everything thoroughly w/ bleach and rinse well. a few drops of hydrogen peroxide per gallon of water might help stop it from reoccurring but I never do hydroponics so wait 4 someone w/ experience to chime in

hey mrmadcow thank you for the reply. I hadn't considered the hydrogen peroxide but now that sounds like it might be a good idea. Is it compatible with organic additives?
