Fungicidal Paint??

I need to get a reflective surface going in my closet, but i don't have access to mylar or any of that stuff. Im going to paint this inside of the closet flat or titanium white, and i want to make sure it'll fight mildew. Anyone know if the fungicides they put in paint are harmful to plants?

...I painted homes 1/2 my life...there's a product called, " Kills" ...paint your walls with this stuff. It comes white in color, both oil base and latex. I prefer the oil base. This stuff is usually painted over with another coat of paint. I would do the second coat with a flat bone white.
