full spectrum led

can someone please inform me a lil on these obviously i can save a lot of energy but i was also told curtain leds have every light spectrum in them therefor i dont have to do anything sept reset the timers to 12 and 12 when it come to flowering no light changing

the only way for you to know for sure is to try it. There are a million threads, but you cannot find a definative answer in them. Lots of bickering going on in most threads with no solid info.
