Ok, so I have a Haze plant growing and it had decent size buds however deer ate the buds down to about half the size or more, my question is. Will they grow back or keep growing at all??

Chances are that they will keep on growing yes,but the chances are higher that the deer will come back and eat the rest.
If your able to dig it up and move it indoors that might be better now that the deer knows where the nice buds are.

I advise against Fucking Deer its illegal and sick...did you look around for twinkie wrappers and follow them to the sleeping deer?
