So, after leaving town for 6 days, and leaving my babies on their own my ac unit's evaporator broke and left me with 2 inches of standing water in my bath/grow room floor... and i live upstairs . I went out to walk my dog and saw wet drywall out of the downstairs neighbors door. I got a 24 hour notice from the management company they were going to enter for inspection the next morning, then they called saying they were looing at the bathroom in specific. I freaked out, although being completely legal and tore down my entire room in about 6 hours, including patching 4 holes for intake/output in the drywall both sides, reinstalling a toilet and repainting/ patching holes from hooks staples etc. completely clean in 6 hrs. i was pretty stoked on how well I did. plants in other rooms non grow closet etc. then they showed up and informed us they had already seen it while I was out of town, and the only thing they were real worried about is the toilet being removed. So, now my management company knows what im doing, has a copy of my doctors script and is completely cool with my operation. So instead of redoing my bathroom for stealth-a-bility I decided to go with a 4X6 silver edition hydrofarm tent in my bedroom. Its absolutely titties, got it fully set up and running in 3 hours. 12 plants & soil, plants were ready to just put in, but all lighting fans etc. O, and my power is included in rent!!!!
