If that plant is a hermie. It will pollinate all your plants. So unless you get rid of it. You are going to have seeds in all your buds.

So best to show pictures.

If you religiosuly pick off those pollen sacks, then you may be able to limit the plants ability to fully seed, it is possible to save your plants to a degree by very carefully picking out these.

if one pollen sack pops in that grow space the rest of the buds could be seeded mmmmmm just not worth ruining the whole crop in my eyes

That's a bummer... I've never actually seen a hermie but I've been smoking on some hermie bud for the last few days and it's hella stoney. Just a pain in the ass to pick the seeds out. I'm curious though... if you planted hermie seeds, does that mean you're gonna get hermie plants?

A hermaphradite plant is caused by the plant producing pollen and pollinating itself, they only difference between a hermie-female's pollen and a male's pollen, is that the genetic structure is female pollen instead, so therefore it only has the ability to produce nothing but Female Only plants in the F1, in F2 the seeds are twice as likely to hermie themselves, but f1 is safe to grow.

Well no because when a male plant gets a female plant pregnant does that mean that ALL the seeds are male?
