Fruit Candies in Curing Jar???

This may be thee stupidiest thread that I have started since joining RIU. The reason that I would be adding candy is for aroma and slight taste. I don't think that it would absorb the taste as much as the aroma, but for bag appeal, I think that it would be worth a try. The idea came when a guy came on here and said that he cured inside a grape rello box and it added flavor to his bud. It wasn't over powering but it did add flavor. If I did add some candies to the jar, what flavor/smell candies would you add to the jar to add SOME flavor???

hmm, very interesting. I will give it a try when i cure, im planning on trying like 10 different methods of curing this harvest, so il ad that to the list

Man when I tell ya'll I'm excited. I could do a heel click right now. Craziest thing is my 5 year old niece was chewing on some of this stuff, and I think its just strong enough to add some bubblegum smell, and taste. What I would do is put the bud into the curing jar, and then add a new 3-4" piece of bazooka bubble gum everyday, and see what happenes. If it works then I'll have me some homegrow/homemade bubblegum herb. Tell ya'll how ir turns out!!! Late

I think something much more realistic would be to grow mint along with the pot in the same space, mint is a spriggy plant like pot and very thin, wouldn't take much light from the girls - The reason you do it in the same space is so that it is sterile in relation to your pot (no mold or anything) - and then cure with mint in the jar.
