From growbox to windowsill...?

I ran out of space in my growbox and have to move a couple of 6 wk old lowrider plants to my windowsill. They havn't shown sex yet and aren't my healthiest. They were grown under CFL...about 8" and very bushy. Will they still flower, bud, ect.?
Thanks...if I'm wasting my time I would rather not have them on my windowsill.

I don't think they'll do too well in a windowsill unless its open. Its relatively difficult for them to get proper lighting through a window.

I tried the windowsill on my last grow which was my first grow ever and it just reminds me of twigs standing up that has a few leaves... it gives the plant a little light, but close to nothing at all from my perspective, i'm glad i'm using a box on my grow and i'll never move my plants to the window, especially because its kinda risky exposing the plant(s) like that.
