2 headed question here:

I have a 7' x 3' grow room and i wanted to know my best lighting option. I was gonna do 2 x 400watt hps for the flowering... advice??

and part 2.. the yield. Last time i used skunk special seeds from nirvana and the bud was amazing but pretty weak yields. im willing to sacrifice quality a bit for a huge haul. so whats the consensus on some of the best strains for yield??

how tall is your 7x3' grow room? and 2x400watt hps should work just fine. neways I'd go with bigbud or another heavy yielder, just check out the seed sites. they shoud have average yield posted with photos of the strains. I'd think you could get 2lb or more with those two lights deending on a ot of conditions. good luck & keep me posted!

Man, I thought you said Grow Room not a grow shade, do it like the big boyz and use a Room :mrgreen:

ps two four hundred watt lights will do great for ya!, but then you have no place for your moma
