a buddy saw some webbing on his ladies. so he cut them down (as they were getting close) and threw them into the freezer, right from the pot. He wanted to make flour so a day went by and took the bud out of the freezer and the bud was wet, like soaking wet. Can he still just strip the buds from the stems wet and then grind it up to make flour? Or should it be put into an oven or outside to dry out more before trying to grind it up in a coffee grinder?
