Fox Farm Solubles?

I'm getting ready for my stealth 4 plant each with their own 3.5 gallon 250w mh/hps DWC grow and have a quick question on nutrients... I bought the liquid Fox Farm trio and was looking at their feeding chart and it looks to me that I need to get the soluble pack also? I tried searching but couldn't find much on the issue

I use foxfarm for my grow and Its a excelent nutrient to use. I increased the ppms of my blueberry plant close to 2000PPM without burning the plant.

The Big Bloom and tiger bloom are both made for dirt or hydro. But the grow big needs to be for the hydro... they have one for dirt and one for hydro.

Also, there are three more for hydro that you dont necessarily need to get but if you have the extra cash then why not.... they are cha ching, open sesame, and beastie bloom. I havent used these three yet but I plan on getting them soon.

Hope this helps.. plus rep welcomed

here is fox farms website... http://www.foxfarmfertilizer.com/

EDIT: The first picture shows the correct big bloom that you need for the hydro setup. The second picture shows the incorrect big bloom that you might have gotten (which is ONLY for dirt). Get the blue bottle

If you decide to purchase the solubles, which I would recommend, make sure you have a big bottle of PH up, as the Fox Farm really makes the PH go low. The solubles will last you along time, I would purchase a Gallon of the Big Bloom if you do a couple grows.

Im a huge fan of FF, i currently have been using Grow Big, Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom, Open Sesame, Cha Ching, and Beastie Bloomz, and all i have to say about the OP, CC, and BB is that your watering schedule should be, Water, Feed with only the basic three, Water, Feed with the basic plus one add on ,wether it be OP,BB,CC, then just Reg water again, then feed with ur Basic. Water,, Then feed with basic Plus one add on. etc..... as they are very high strength nutrients, but those three are made of little rocks or something like crushed into a powder and you only use about a 1/4 teaspoon per feed, so it lasts FOREVER, also those three can be used stand alone, and thats how i feed my outdoor guerilla garden, theres no easier way to apply nute than with the OP,BB,CC if outdoor trying to be stealth

wow i feel like i typed a long paragraph

I don't know how to post and or where to post this...but here goes (and please some direct me) This is oldg and I've been at this for a few years now and am a decent "indoor" grower;however, my plants are only giving me back about 10 to 12 grms dry wt per plt. I use 3 gal. containers with a soilesless mixture (60% worm castings, 20% perilite and 20% vermiculite. For vegging food I only use Alaska 5-1-1 and for flowering I've been using Alaska 0-10-10 (however, I've just switched to the fox farm flowering food--the 3 pk): I'm growing my second batch of PPP right now and they are on their 49th day of flowering. Any suggestions? I'm currently growing PPP...I am also using 6 400 watt and 2 600 watt for lighting.

Click HERE and it will take you to the area where you post for plant problems. Start a new thread and explain as much as you can. Tell them your pH and ppm also.

Does anybody have any experience with using these nutes? What amounts are you guys adding the feeding schedule seems way to high.

If you stick to the feeding schedule you should have no problems, but make sure you have a PH adjustments on hand.

I got my ppm up to 1800 for my last blueberry grow and i had to double the amount of nutes that the fox farm chart told me to use. But for my current grow i just started on a lowrider plant and i heard that they burn easy so i have my ppm on 300ppm for this 2nd week

That's odd, usually when I mix the recommended amounts in, and I test my EC, I'm right in the range they recommend for the week, maybe just a little short, but I make up for it within a couple of days when I need to add a little water.

Are the Trio of solubles necessary? I use the 3 liquids in a aerogarden grow and seem to be missing some micro nutes without the solubles.

the trio of nutrients are very harsh potent nutes, def. dont use them and disregard my last post, fox farm is the walmart of nutes, you need to buy humbolt nutrients
