Okay, i found a male plant. I took a glance over a plant, and saw these balls not quite dangling. They looked green. Suddenly, like zeus tossing a thunderbolt i chopped it down. The problem is, i did not bag it right away. It got a bit shooken before i bagged it, should i be worried about it pollinating my girls?

Hello,

Try to look around in the grow area just to be sure there is nothing laying around (like white pollens or green balls on the ground) In the next days, if your pistils turn orange . Your girls have been pollinated. If the hairs stay white, there is no problem!

There is a product made by Dutch master called reverser which stop the seed production. Since you are in early flowering it could help you. (It help to prevent male flower & seeds production on early pollinated plants)

Remember there is no need to buy that product if your girls are not pollinated.

If you got any more questions, feel free to contact me.

Have a nice day!

yes... but better to be 100% positive that you wont have seeds and spend the 50 bucks on the Dutch masters product... reverse is 23 and you HAVE to use Saturator with it, which is 28. i have used both products on my current harvest (started seeing a few bananas) and i have zero seed production.. im now at week 6 and they are looking better than any other harvest ive done... this would be harvest 8. good luck to you sir! like i said it will pay for itself, trust me

I don't think Reverse stops seed production does it? It will keep a plant from going hermie, but not stop seeds.

If you found it before the pollen sacks dropped and opened (they loom like pinwheels when they're open, the pollen is light yellow, and it will smell VERY outdoorsy) than you should be ok. If your uber worrid, spray down (not soak) your females. They're not far npugh along to be concerned with rot yet, and the water will deactivate the pollen. Spray them with bubbly water, they love it.

Good luck.

it changes the hormonal balance from hermie to fem... wont change males to fems tho.. but will stop seed production and prevent future pollenation... ive seen pollen hit the hairs... its like the pollen is sterile... just my 2 cents.. ive done PLENTY of research and with my personal experience i say buy that shit and be SURE you wont have seeds

Ah shit, just reread the part on males in marijuana horticulture. It's all up too luck now. I don't think any of those sacks were ripe enough to pollinate, looking at a couple pictures. The tip just got the small ball sacks, and no where else on the plant had any amount of sacks. Pray for me brothers ;s

EDIT: Didn't catch the water part, just waiting for the lights to come back on so I can take my water bottle to them. Cannot afford the Reverse, and would just rather have a bunch of seeds if that was the case. At least I would never have to pay for them again, and always have a supply if my op goes down due to transitional periods.
