Formula to force hermie that = Feminized

Hey im trying to figure out how to force my plant to hermie so i can score some feminized seeds. I know theres a formula to do this where you wont have hermie genetics in the offspring... can anyone help?

you use colloidal silver, there's a DIY tutorial here somewhere.
