For how long is pollen viable?

I'm planning to get some pollen and probably mix it with fluor to keep it dry and put it in the fridge. For how long would it be viable?
 
1st I'd suggest storing with raw rice,flour thins it too much and the outcome is not as good as rice, trust me I know


I recently used pollen I had in my freezer for over 18mo,worked fantastic
